This community engagement activity was implemented through the Student Organization Capacity Strengthening Program (PPK Ormawa) under the DAON WIRA program to strengthen the capacity of the Women Farmers Group (KWT) in Daon Village in developing local processed product businesses. The main challenges faced by the partner group included weak institutional management, unsystematic financial recording, and limited product development, packaging, legal compliance, and marketing. The program employed a participatory approach through needs assessment, training, mentoring, monitoring, and evaluation. Interventions were carried out through three interrelated initiatives: DAON WIRA, SAKU DESA, and GEMAR DESA, which focused on institutional strengthening, financial management, and product development and marketing. The results indicate an increase in institutional and business management capacities, supported by the preparation of basic financial analyses and business plans. This program has encouraged KWT to manage its enterprise more systematically, strategically, and sustainably.
