Common Questions About Our Journal
Please scroll down to the page bottom to see where our journal is indexed or visit the "Indexing" page in the About section. We are continuously working to expand our indexing coverage in reputable academic databases.
The publication timeline varies depending on several factors. The complete procedure from submission to publication is explained in the Author Guidelines. Some steps have predictable durations, while others depend on author revisions, reviewer availability, and the current submission queue. We strive to complete the initial review within 4-8 weeks of submission.
Please refer to the journal's About page for the most current information regarding our impact factor and other metrics. We regularly update this information as new data becomes available.
We have a strict plagiarism policy. Articles with similarity index of 20% or higher, or containing more than 100 words from a single source without proper citation, will be rejected. All submissions are checked using iThenticate, the industry-standard plagiarism detection software that compares manuscripts against millions of published scholarly articles, web content, and other sources.
The iThenticate similarity report is carefully reviewed by our editorial team, who consider:
- Overall similarity percentage
- Pattern of similarities (scattered or concentrated)
- Sources of matching text
- Proper citation and quotation practices
AI-Generated Content Policy: We also employ AI detection tools to identify content that may have been generated by large language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, GPT-4, or similar tools. While we recognize that AI tools can be valuable for editing and refining text, submissions that appear to be primarily AI-generated will be subject to additional scrutiny.
Authors must disclose any use of AI tools in their manuscript preparation process. Acceptable use of AI includes:
- Grammar and language editing assistance
- Literature search support
- Formatting assistance
- Data visualization support
However, AI should not be used for:
- Generating core research content or analysis
- Creating the primary manuscript text
- Developing research questions or conclusions
- Interpreting results without human oversight
Manuscripts identified as primarily AI-generated without proper disclosure may be rejected. We believe in maintaining the integrity of scholarly work through human intellectual contribution, creativity, and critical thinking.
For initial submission, we accept manuscripts in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format. After acceptance, authors may be required to submit final versions in additional formats as specified in the acceptance letter. Figures should be submitted as high-resolution image files (TIFF, JPEG, or PNG).
Please refer to our Author Guidelines or Submissions page for the most current information regarding article processing charges (APCs) or publication fees. Our fee structure is designed to cover the costs of peer review, production, and online hosting while maintaining the quality of our publication.
We welcome qualified scholars to join our reviewer database. If you are interested in becoming a reviewer, please register on our website and complete your profile with your areas of expertise. Alternatively, you can contact the editorial office directly with your CV and research interests.
Our journal follows the APA citation style. Please ensure that all references in your manuscript adhere to this format. Detailed guidelines on citation formatting can be found in our Author Guidelines.
