The issue also includes a study analyzing the determinants of business performance in micro and small enterprises among Muslim entrepreneurs in Aceh Province, providing a culturally contextualized perspective on entrepreneurship. Furthermore, an article assesses the influence of e-commerce trust, site loyalty, and satisfaction on digital consumer purchase behavior, reflecting the growing importance of online platforms in commerce. Lastly, a study examines the impact of job promotion and organizational conflict on employee work motivation at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Banda Aceh Branch, shedding light on factors affecting motivation in the banking sector.
