One article examines the impact of accessibility and creativity on the financial performance of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), highlighting key drivers of economic success in smaller businesses. Another study investigates the influence of discipline, motivation, local wisdom, and work environment on employee performance, with job satisfaction as a mediating factor, offering insights into organizational behavior. Additionally, research explores how workload and motivation affect employee performance through job satisfaction, emphasizing the interplay of these elements in workplace productivity. The issue also includes a study analyzing the determinants of business performance in micro and small enterprises among Muslim entrepreneurs in Aceh Province, providing a culturally contextualized perspective on entrepreneurship. Furthermore, an article assesses the influence of e-commerce trust, site loyalty, and satisfaction on digital consumer purchase behavior, reflecting the growing importance of online platforms in commerce. Lastly, a study examines the impact of job promotion and organizational conflict on employee work motivation at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Banda Aceh Branch, shedding light on factors affecting motivation in the banking sector. These studies collectively address critical economic and organizational issues shaping business and workforce dynamics in Indonesia, particularly in Aceh.
